Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

This policy forms part of, and is subject to, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of Our Products:

Guilt Free® products are perishable food items. For food-safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed items.

2. Refunds:

All Guilt Free® snacks are non-refundable except in the following cases:
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • We made an error in your order

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

3. Exchanges / Replacements:

We will gladly replace any item that arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect at no extra cost to you (including free return shipping and free re-delivery). Simply email us at customerservice@gobbleupfoods.com with your order number and clear photos within 48 hours of receiving your order.

4. How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Email : customerservice@gobbleupfoods.com with your order number and photos
  2. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange free collection and ship your replacement immediately.

5. Shipping Within the UAE:

  • Orders placed before 3:00 pm → delivered in one business day
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm → delivered in two business days
  • Orders placed on Sunday → delivered in two business days
  • No deliveries on Sunday
  • Free shipping on all orders AED 100 and above
  • Orders below AED 100 → AED 10 delivery fee (for Dubai & Sharjah)
  • Orders below AED 100 → AED 15 delivery fee (for the rest of the UAE)

6. Delivery Areas:

Currently we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
