Shipping policy

This policy forms part of, and is subject to, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of Our Products: Guilt Free® products are perishable food items. For food-safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed items.
2. Refunds: All Guilt Free® snacks are non-refundable except in the following cases:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- We made an error in your order
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
3. Exchanges / Replacements: We will gladly replace any item that arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect at no extra cost to you (including free return shipping and free re-delivery). Simply email us at customerservice@gobbleupfoods.com with your order number and clear photos within 48 hours of receiving your order.
4. How to Request a Replacement:
- Email customerservice@gobbleupfoods.com with your order number and photos
- We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions
- Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange free collection and ship your replacement immediately.
5. Shipping Within the UAE:
- Orders placed before 3:00 pm → delivered in one business day
- Orders placed after 3:00 pm → delivered in two business days
- Orders placed on Sunday → delivered in two business days
- No deliveries on Sunday
- Free shipping on all orders AED 100 and above
- Orders below AED 100 → AED 10 delivery fee (for Dubai & Sharjah)
- Orders below AED 100 → AED 15 delivery fee (for the rest of the UAE)
6. Delivery Areas: Currently we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
